CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Hand wash and air dry.

  • Dry on a flat surface in the shade.

  • Do not twist, do not use chlorine or bleach, do not dry clean, rub, or use a washing machine or tumble dryer.

  • Always avoid storing the garment damp or wet.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERIES

  • The shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time of purchase and the availability of items.Our estimated delivery time is 2-9 business days depending on the state. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. 

  • Free for orders over $300.

  • We try our hardest to reach all corners of the world. If there are any shipping restrictions for your delivery address, you’ll see this at the time of purchase.

  • Orders destined to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses will be shipped with USPS, and transit time may take longer.

  • We are unable to modify or partially cancel orders. To request an address change or a complete order cancellation please email us as soon as possible at customercare@dianacardenasart.com In 1-3 business days, our customer care team will confirm, depending on the order status, if it was possible to successfully complete your request.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • You have 10 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from dianacardenasart.com. Sale items are non-returnable.

  • All item(s) must be returned in the original package and must have be in the same condition in which they were received, including parts, accessories, and labels attached to it without alterations. It must be unwashed, unstained, damage free, and unused.

  • Currently we don't offer exchanges. However, you can return for a full refund. Click here to request a return. You have 10 days after you receive the order to apply. Ship your return to the provided address at the end of the return form. You will assume the expenses incurred in the return transport logistics to Diana Cardenas facilities. We recommend you return the product with a traceable carrier. Email our customer care team at customercare@dianacardenasart.com and provide your name, order number, tracking number, and the carrier you used to return. Once your return is received and inspected, in 3-5 business days we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request has been approved or rejected for a refund. Diana Cardenas ART reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if items have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 5 business days.

REFUND POLICY

• Applies only for purchases made through this website www.dianacardenasart.com. All refunds will be credited directly to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

Returned items: Up to 5 business days after the product is received by Diana Cardenas ART.
Warranty - Defective items: Up to 5 business days after the product is received by Diana Cardenas ART, when the customer request a refund.
Unavailable inventory: Up to 5 business days after the order was placed. The customer will be notified and refunded as soon as possible.
Cancelled orders: Up to 5 business days after the customer requested the cancellation. *Subject to the order internal status.
Incomplete order shipped: Up to 5 business days after the customer informed about the issue; when the customer request a refund.

 

All refunds require a previous contact to our customer care team by filling the return form here, or for all other cases, emailing us at customercare@dianacardenasart.com Our support team will indicate the steps to follow to give your money back.

BILLING

At Diana Cardenas ART we are committed to the environment, your order's bill will be sent to the email registered in the purchase. No printed invoice will be sent with the product.

GITF BOX

When you make a purchase, you have the option of adding a gift box to your order. You can access this option from the shopping cart. We will prepare your order in a special box which will be sent inside our regular order packaging.We will show you the cost of this option at the time of purchase. Keep in mind that gift boxes cannot be exchanged or returned.
